Hi, Can any one guide me, As an HR, i come office late, but maintain 9 hrs working hours . IS that not sufficient, or i should be Punctual. Thanks & Regards, VP

One of the day's you being late is fine. Infact, you have to set example by coming to office in time, so nobody points a finger at HR department, who monitor's employee's time and attendance . Hope your question is answered.

Maintaining discipline in the office is integral part of HR function. Getting late once in a while is not a problem, every one in the office notices that HR personnel are coming late but no one notices that they are working late because most of the employees might have left the office.
Unless there is an emergency, please try to be on time always because when you are taking action against habitual late comers, these instances are openly quoted.
