Government of Kerala, Labour and Skills (E) Department has revised the variable dearness allowance for employment in Shops and Commercial Establishment and employment in Computer Software Sector. As per the Notification No. P3.Pdl.1/2017/DES, the Consumer Price Index (Cost of Living Index) Numbers applicable to employees in employment under the Minimum Wages Act (Central Act XI of 1948) for the month of July 2017 are as ascertained by the Director General of Economics & Statistics under clause (C) of Section 2 of the Act.

Hi,
I am unable to get the latest minimum wages and notification for the states of Kerala, Puducherry and Odisha.
It would be helpful to those concerned by showing the minimum wages individually for the categories as mentioned below:
1. Unskilled workers.
2. Skilled workers.
3. Semi-skilled workers.
4. Highly skilled workers.
It would be very useful if you can provide the update for the above.
