How many PL,CL and SL (minimum) under Shop and Establishment Act?

Dear Seniors, We are in to process to make a leave policy for the office under Shop and establishment act at Bangalore. Can any one give input under the Shop and establishment act, how many PL,CL and SL (minimum) we need to pay.

Search for your states shops act & you will get all the info. The rules can't be less favourable or contradictory to what is provided. Rule may bar / allow clubbing of leaves, periodicity of crediting leaves; that's all.
