Hello everyone, I got an opportunity to work for one of the leading companies. I cleared all my interviews and got selected.
The firm asked for my previous experience which i showed them as 28 months. But when the documents were verified with my previous organization they showed only 15 months of experience.
The new Hr said that you took some leaves , that is the reason we r going to provide you the experience of 15 months only. I have a red mark on my BGC . WILL it affect my future. I am just 20 . This means that i'll be blacklisted from all the top companies ? Please let me know. Really a hard time.

Dear Mehul.
Kindly clarify the statement 'The new Hr said that you took some leaves , that is the reason we r going to provide you the experience of 15 months only'
This statement means that you were on leave for 13 months and you are ok with it... forget the BGC red mark... Try explaining the leave of 13 months?
There is something more to your query? Without the entire brief, the members will not be able to help you.

Dear Ashutosh
Actually i am pursuing my graduation and i have joined NCC.
SO whenever i have to go for a camp or prepare for an exam i used to take the leaves. And i dont know hoe it mounted up to 13 MONTHS.
I SAW MY SALARY ACCOUNT AND it states that the salary has been credited 21 times
Then how come they provide me the experience of just 15 month.

Dear Mehul,
The experience certificate is from the date of joining till the date of exit. The leaves are not deducted for showing the experience. At the most, they can say is that between these dates, he was on leave for a long periods.
So why in the first place, you accepted a certificate which was not in accordance with your dates, also, were you an employee or a trainee or an intern? As even with 21 months of salary, 7 months as leave is something which is not heard of.... So you have long task of explaining the things to any future employer. As, even with exams, if you are on leave for 7 months in 28 months, means you are absent for more than 3 months a year.
Amend your leave taking or you seriously have trouble lined up for you.

Dear Mehul,
The experience period is counted from the date of joining till the date of leaving. Taking leave has nothing to do with your experience certificate. You might be having date of joining and separation details please share the same. I am sure that the experience certificate by deducting leave period is incorrect and there are many ways to prove your experience to the current employer.
