Hi.

I joined this start up travel company in Feb 2016. Parent company is a Holdings company having our Dubai based investor as one of the directors. And the Pvt Ltd company formed in India has three directors based in India and involved in day to day operations. The Pvt Ltd company is registered in Pune address. It has offices in Mumbai and Pune having 50+ employees and consultants.

Last whole year we faced irregularities in receiving our salaries. Since we knew the co-founders, we stuck to it thinking the days shall pass. But since December 2016 we faced major difficulties getting the salaries. My salary for December was paid in 3 installments till March 2017.

We have not been paid salaries since January 2017. I've 5 months of salary due besides a sizeable reimbursement.

Everytime we call the Directors we are told they're working on getting the money. We're given dates after dates. But money hasn't come so far.

What can be done with this company? How can we recover our salaries and other dues?

These six months without salaries have set us back. We've not been able to pay housing loans and other emis. People have lended money from various sources. Everybody is been living a miserable life. There might be a scenario that some of us will also not be able to pay the legal fees. But they're fine to give percentage of their salaries to the lawyer out of money received through the legal battle.

I need advise and also the contacts of people from Mumbai who can handle such matters well.

We need justice.
