Hi admin PRATIMA....I have join in a private firm on January 2017 in Gujarat and ESIC deduction started in same month, now i m 6 month pregnant my delivery date is in October 2017, it almost above six month in same firm to continue working .....so i want to whether i will eligible for maternity leave or not , how can i calculate require working days to get eligible.....i want to start my leave form 1 sep 2017 plz guide me the eligibility criteria in simple way

Since you’ve worked for more than 80 days in the establishment in a period of 12 months from your probable date of delivery, you are entitled to maternity benefits.
