Dear Seniors. We are engaged in service industry. pls clarify what is the criteria to get registered in Apprentices Act. can we appoint apprentices for training who is 10 passed or 12th. or only degree/diploma holder can be appoint as apprentices.

Apprantice act generally provides for technical apprantices.
You need to get in touch with the apprantice advisor of your state and get the details that applies to your organisation and industry. If you are eligible, the apprantice advisor will survey your organisation and then give an approval stating the number of apprantices you are allowed to take.
I would suggest you look at NEEM in alternate to apprantice act for recruiting trainees
