Dear respected senior sirs,

I have recently joined a new organisation and don't received proper handover from the person who has resigned prior to join this organisation. There is one employee who has attained the age of 58 years. While generating the PF challan, I made a wrong entry in family pension fund. I mean to say that If person attain the age of 58 years , The 8.33% contribution shall not make entry in a/c no 10 of that person and whole employer share of 12% shall go in a/c no. 1 along with 12% of employee share. I had to make a entry in eps contribution column as ZERO and in EPS PF diffrence colomn as full 12% contribution so that it results in zero contribution in family pension scheme and whole contribution of employee share and employer share (12+3.67+8.33) will depicted in A/c no 1.

I have done this mistake two times and previously that employee challan generated as per the above procedure by the resigned person. Now please suggest any step to rectify this mistake. Kindly help me in this matter.

Thanks

Sunny Shukla
