PF - employee has worked only one month and left the organisation?

Dear All If an employee has worked only one month and left the organisation. Shall I deduct the PF & EPS Contribution or settle his due without deduction of PF & EPS contribution. Please advice.

Hi,
If an employee is worked and his salary is processed even for a day and if he is covered under PF then it is mandatory to deduct PF contribution from his salary. So do not process without deducting PF amount.
