PF calculation When No. of workings are short ? And Does this affect the employer contribution aswell

While calculating PF for short no. of working days due to leaves , it will change employer contribution aswell

Dear Shefali,
The employer contribution is always same as the employee contribution. Thus the amount of 12% which was deducted from the employee the same amount will be provided by the employer as weill.
