HI, Not only in NCR but across INDIA minimum age of employment is 18 years for any nature of job accept apprenticeship and some on job trainings.

In order or calculate the Minimum Wages the concept of NCR is not relevant.
The Minimum Wages is state oriented. Every state issues notification regarding updation of Minimum Wages (which can be on basis of industry, location, work category etc.)
However, in Delhi the Office Boy (if he is not doing any clerical job) will fall under "Unskilled" category. For which the current rate is Rs/ 13584/- (wef 01.04.2017).

Thanks Pan Singh. Is this for government employee or private as well? What if the employee is agree on lesser than minimum wages ?

The Minimum Wages mentioned by Mr Pan Singh is for Private Sector Employees.You should give basic Registration of your Company together with Type of Industry & Nature of activity carried on.You have been very casual in your approach.
Please note that Minimum Wages mentioned by Mr Pan Singh is payable irrespective of Employee in question agreeing for lesser Wages.You can pay Higher Wages than Prescribed Minimum Wages. As an Employer you have to fulfill your Basic Duty of Payment of Minimum Wages.
