Hi am working as a Senior Recruiter for a Consultancy in Chennai. Am focusing on Insurance sector, i work on profile for Agency Managers, Insurance Agents, Sales Managers etc. Candidates join and they they hold on with the company for even a month. they are not able to handle the pressure. can someone tell me which type of candidates should i focus and what strategy should i follow. It would be so great if anyone can drop me your comments and values.

It is not like more pressure or less pressure, the employees are not convinced themselves they are working in insurance company. they don't love the nature of the work, obviously they don't continue. identify the profile of the candidates while interviewing knowing there personal and family details, they have strong urge to selling insurance products and services, make them clear about the career goals and growth in the career and at the end of the day they are happy in the life it not like job pressure. Today no job is free from target.
