My salary components includes basic pay, dearness allowance, special pay, hra, conveyance allowance. To calculate eligibility for bonus, what all components are included ?? should special pay be considered for bonus calculation and pf calculation? Please give reasons also.

If your Gross Basic Salary+Dearness Allowance+variable Dearness Allowance is Rs21,000/- & below, you come under the purview of The Payment of Bonus Act,1965.Other Allowances mentioned by you do not come under the Definition of Salary as per the Act
