Hi Friends,
I need some clarification on PF Withdrawal.
I have switched company when my PF Transfer process was in the middle.
Now, my first employer approved the transfer to the second employer. It is pending with the second employer. As the portal was down for so many months, they were not able to do.
Again I switched my job and I am in third company now. How should I proceed with this transfer?
Please guide me.
Thanks & Regards,
Asupathy

if the second employer did not approved the same within 15 days of your claim filing it got rejected auto.
you can check your passbook/s and apply transfer with manual forms submission, duly attested by present employer
However if all three accounts in a row are linked with a single UAN, then you dont have to worry, as present system of EPF is not employer account no based, but UAN based, and claim settlement will be also UAN based.

Dear sir,
In left my previous company and join the new one and my new company they open my PF account with the same UAN number. So, now if iam not withdrawn that amount then that amount will automatically transfer to my new account or should i do the process.or if iam not withdrawn that amount now then what will happen , should i get it or it lapse.
Regards.

@SDVRG
right now the epf is UAN based, and the balance accumulated from both companies are deposited in same UAN,
if your UAN is KYC compliant (specifically, PAN, aadhaar and bank is digitally verified by both employers) and nomination is filed with epfo , then you have nothing to worry,
withdrawal is not possible unless the employee has been unemployed for 60 days from leaving job.
However if any of employer has not completed KYC then submit form 13 in physical form duly attested by present employer for transfer of account to present employers code. and keep the UAN always KYC compliant, this will help the member to operate the epf account like own bank account without the endorsement of employer even.

Hello sir,
One more question i want to asked that ( For example : if i left this company also after 1 year or 6 month than if i want to withdrawn amount then i will get the whole amount means this company amount or the previous company amount also because its deposit in the same UAN.)
Regards.

make the UAN KYC compliant then you can claim the whole amount from UAN irrespective of numbers of employers
