Hi to All,
Would request you to kindly clarify the week off eligibility criteria in BPO sector.
Example:
1. Suppose i worked for 2 days(Mon & Tue) in a week am i eligible for week off? for that particular week.
2. If an employee is taking leaves for 15 days, in between week off is eligible?
3. can we avail 4 week off at a time?
Please clarify..

Dear Rupesh,
You need to at least three paid days in a week to get the week off. if any employee who takes 15 leaves continuously and company is allowing at least three leaves like sick, casual and earned in week so he can be eligible to get all week off.
