Hello members,
I have a query regarding PF deduction. If employee was never been member of RPFC and his/her basic is more than 15000. Also S/He signed form11, is it mandatory to deduct PF or it is voluntary.

No! It is not mandatory. If at all you are willing to consider EPF then both 125of EE + 12 ER to be contributed to EPF only & there is no EPS

Right now, the max. wages for PF contribution/membership eligibility is Rs.15,000/-. But it is to be raised to Rs.21000/- in line with ESIC. Pls stay updated. Thks
