Please advise me i am in fog. I had submitted my PF form on 16/02/2017. As the amount was not received i went to PF office today however they told me the amount has been credited to my account on 20/02/2017 and provided me the details of that transaction. Then i went to my Branch (bank) for not showing the amount in my account. The Manager told me my account is not in active because i didn't use a long time. Today i have submitted all the necessary documents to re-activate my saving account and also i have started transactions.
To Whom should i contact? PF staff says amount was credited and Bank's staff says the amount was not credited.

If the PF department has confirmed that the money was remitted into your bank account then ask them for a certificate carrying transaction details. Write to your bank enclosing copy of the certificate and copy the letter to the PRO office of your bank. If no action is taken by the bank, file a complaint at :: Grievance Registration Form :: with all the details for a faster disposal of your grievance. Best!

As the Bank Account was inactive the Bank could not credit the amount remitted by the PF, it will be send back with note that Bank Account Inactive. Since the process will take some time you are requested to kindly address your grievance to the grievance cell at PF office for reprocess the remittance.

Thank you guys, today i have gone to PF office to discuss the matter. They give me two ASR Form to fill up and to submit but there is no internet banking option in that form, just showing Money order and Cheque. And also inform me it will take 15 days. Please advice me if it is the right procedure.

A cancel cheque copy and passbook print should be attached, to get the same transfer in bank account

thank you all my friends as i did what you said.........., that was on date 16 i had submitted my PF from to my respective office and shows credited on 20th Feb 2017 that was the first time. And again for the second time I had submitted my PF form, i..e. ASR form on 1st March 2017, but still i didn't get the amount, so is there any other options to get the amount a little faster? friends i am not emotional but the truth is i want to celebrate holi in my home town, I belongs to Manipur, we are celebrating it for 5 days. More above the best way of celebrating any festival with family is the most precious moment in once's life. :) :) :)

physical processing is almost "zero" now in EPF, everything is now online, they must have uploaded it online, and right now the portal is busy in ECR and payments,
but withdrawal and transfer cases are processed from 9th of every month (working days only)

I have submitted ASR form on 1st March 2017, but it was rejected for second time. They told me i didn't attach any proof that my saving account is activated. However at the time of submitting they didn't say anything to attach any document and also i had consult with accountant and other office staffs who were sitting in second floor of Wazipur, Delhi.
For the 3rd time i have submitted on 08/03/17 with an application the same form (ASR).

It is but obivious that PF department will not be aware that the inactive Bank Account which was submitted earlier has been activated now, hence demanding proof is logical
