Dear Experts,
I want to know regarding behavior of Boss. Can he/she shout at any employee at work? Can he/she make any type of worst comments on any employee? When they give any work we already do as our best, but every time received only feedback. Where some other employees doing the same thing he is appreciated. Can boss judge the employee with discrimination? Even on mistakes can he/she threat any employee? So kindly reply me on these aspects.
Thank you

Dear Yami,

The replies to your questions are obvious and there is no need to write these per se. Nevertheless, who is the "boss" that you are referring to? Is he a business owner or a paid employee?

Abrasiveness of the managers is common across the spectrum of the industries and categories of companies too. Top leadership rubs the juniors wrong way and by doing so they destroy the motivation of the employees. Little do they realise that because of the their coerciveness, employees may bow and scrape. However, their obsequiousness is superficial and in the heart of their heart these very employees hate their boss. This fosters a culture of negativity. Why every company does not become corporation? One of the reasons is the failure of the leadership to foster healthy interpersonal environment.

This forum is not new to the threads of this kind. Just in the recent past, there was similar query like yours. Click the following link to refer my reply:

Nobody can change his/her boss. Therefore, if you think that one fine day, he will have epiphany about his bad behaviour and he will reform himself then it will be a wild goose chase. These things look good only in TV serials. Better buy your time in the current company. You may bide your time in the company and quit the company. That is the only option that you will have.

Thanks,
