Dear All,
We are a company registered under the Shops & Establishment Act. We pay Overtime to our staff who put more that 9 hours of work per day. Can anyone help me to understand whether overtime has be paid even for half hour worked extra on any particular day or it requires atleast 1 hour work required to be eligible for the Overtime payment.
