Can any one please suggest me the extent of leaves that can be encashed in bangalore Karnataka state. What the policy guide? Also can anyone share me the 2017 Karnataka leave policy? Thanks Saranya

Please let me know whether it is a Factory or an establishment because the law differs. In both the cases the said laws stated the maximum accumulation limit. However, if the Management of an organisation likes fix higher limit it can do so SAY FOR FIVE YEARS but they should encash the no. of days above the fixed limit then and there. Balance available leave should be encashed at the time of resignation/retrenchment/retirement. State leave policy can not be changed every year.
