There should not be any model appointment letter in a construction company or in any company. Appointment letter should be drafted on individual basis and at most you can use similar format appointment letters in similar category of employees. All employees in a particular company are not same.
In order to terminate an employee (assuming he is a workman under the ID Act), you have to find a reasonable ground to terminate him. Issue him proper charge sheet/ show cause, initiate a domestic enquiry and on the basis of the enquiry report you can take action. Please note that punishment should be proportionate to the gravity of misconduct.
Using of model format of terminate can create more legal problems in future for the company. Each case should be dealt individually with utmost care.
