Dear Sir, I need to know about PF eligibility if one owner have formed two companies on same address and total employees of both organizations are exceeding to 20. Regards Manoj

if both the companies are formed on same pan card, then it would get auto clubbed in all govt departments

Clubbing of two establishments always depends upon certain checks like Ownership, Funding, Inter nontransferablity of employees, Inter dependability / survival of one unit without the other, manufacturing integrity etc. etc.

simple logic is single PAN, if both are established on single PAN then its to be clubbed later on the related or vested interests of the owners is taken in question for question.
