Dear Members,
I have prepared a short presentation on Email Etiquette - Parts of Email. It is a general presentation. Hope it will be useful.
While we have much read about Email Etiquette, the focus of the presentation is Parts of Email and its rules i.e.. addressing, subject, paragraph structure, message content till digital signature. It is explained in simple language with the help of examples wherever possible.
I have been conducting training on Soft & Behavioral topics from a couple of months and thought your inputs will be useful in making the modules more effective.
Look forward to your inputs!
With best regards,

M/s. Vaishalee,
Indeed a great detailed presentation covering all topics in sequential flow. However, as my personal suggestion would like to put forth following points:
1. Beginning with importance of email (when to write email over telephone, personal meet). Although presentation concentrates on email etiquette, sharing its importance may give better results and audience attention.
2. Summarizing in the end with Dos & Don'ts of email etiquette.
Overall very informative and certainly helpful for all. All the Best!!!

Thank you Mr. Shivaraj for your valuable inputs. I will certainly consider it.
In fact, I am working on a detailed presentation that covers Dos and Don'ts, Need of Email etiquette along with poorly written mail examples and related topics as handling incoming mails, when not to use email or how to avoid pitfalls of emotions in email. However, this was a start up presentation. Even I wish to add a couple of activities / games related with Email writing.
Thanks once again!!
