Hi,
There are few questions you need to clarify more about. 1. You are working for last two years in the same company, so have your appraisal been done? If yes what was your last ratings or is there any concerns which are highlighted to you during performance discussion. 2. You are married before joining this organization or not. 3. What kind of organization you are working in and at which level. 4. Have you informed your supervisor about your pregnancy, before these new developments. 5. What is the notice period as per the appointment letter.
In anycase the organization can not force you to resign without any dialogs/communications or PIP process on the ground of non-performance. Please consult with the Local Labour Officer. You may loose the job or may resign in the future because of the bad relationship but you will get all your compensations applicable to you.
