Hi Friends,
I have a query towards sexual harassment policy implementation related. As it is mandatory to have the policy on board, the same with the panel also? Because, to go with the panel introduction, we are not having a senior female employee to be the part of the panel, as we are 30+ member company. Hence, without nominating the panel, is there something we can publish the policy and make it as part of HR policies in the company?
Please do suggest.

You need to have a policy and also constitute an Internal Committee.
If you do not have any female employee at a senior level, you can nominate a female at a fairly senior level. Then, you can nominate a female as an external member on the committee.
If you wish, I can act as an external member on you committee. I am already nominated on various ICCs for clients across India.
Please feel free to connect to discuss the matter.
Thanks & Regards,
Avika
