Dear Friends,
I need some help for the following:
Need to prepare a Salary Package wherein the min monthly take home should be 58K-60K approx (Incentives not to be included). This means the monthly CTC will be over and above to the above quoted amount.
Can any of members here, assist me with the break ups or list me how the salary structure can be made (with basic breakups). Does somebody has any format wherein if we place the CTC amount, it will automatically give the bifurcation ? Please Help
