Dear Member,
Are you are not satisfied with your current profile and pay terms ?
If Yes , You must grasp this opportunity without any delay. You have 12 years of experience of admin, which will be helpful in your admin profile.
Since Sugar Unit are manufacturing sector and seasonal Nature, you have to engaged a lot looking to production activity 24 x 7 HRS. But having good environment.
You must be successful with new assignments , go ahead
Congrats again,
But you have to compare existing employer and progressive employer and their work culture again, then take decision.
Thanks

What I assume and guess is that Factory Act deals with the process of manufacturing and thus involves machinery and equipment for processes and maintenance of various facilities like ambulance room, canteen etc and safety equipment like head gears and Eye gears and and involves compliance with environment laws tree plantations etc. Probably as Admin you may hav eto coordinate all these functions like purchases of equipment, machinery. real;estate, vehicles, gardens, canteen etc. However the basic skills will remain more or less the same such as coordination, liaising, security property maintenance etc.Hope this gives you an idea.

Dear friend,
It is not clear from your post whether your experience as an administrator in the previous industry and your present offer as administrator of a Sugar and Chemical factory pertain to overall administration or only to labour administration. If it is the latter, like M/s Raj Dubey and Saikumar said it makes no difference in your administrative responsibilities other than the management of seasonal employees and liason with trade unions. If it is overall administration, you have got more responsibilities like Mr.Saikumar mentioned such as environmental issues, matters concerning plant and machinery, timely acquisition of sugar cane from farmers and settlement of their dues.
