Hi Abhijit, What is the payment clause of the performance bonus mentioned in your appointment letter?

First you letter of appointment is to be considered. Thereafter, accordingly you can demand your dues.

Performance bonus is always at discretion of management.
It does not matter whether it was in your CTC.
CTC is meant mostly to make a fool of you and to show more than what you are guaranteed and mostly less than what you get in hand.
If you have left the company, the management is under no obligation to give you the bonus. Why should they ? Bonus is meant to incentivise you. You left, why should they incentivise you ?

It states.. performance bonus will be paid after evaluation by management at the end of the year..
I've joined in 25 june 15 and left organization on 15 June 2016
Previous company paid performance bonus on pro data basis.

Hi Abhijit, Did your last employer clear your F&F? In that case please ignore the payment and move on.
