Dear Team,
I have recently joined an organization as HR and the employees here are working for more than 4+ years and they are not issued with any offer/ Appointment letter, so kindly help me in suggesting which employment letter to be issued, do I issue them with an appointment letter ??? Kindly advise, your suggestions are highly appreciated.
Regards,

Hi Divya.
Once the employee is joined then Appointment letter employer has to issue Appointment letter to the employee. Appointment letter should consist all the wage breakups, terms & conditions for resignation & termination & other policies
Offer letter is nothing but letter of intent stating your offer for the so & so is confirmed and request to join on or before some specific date. Offer letter is issued much before employee joins the organisation. Using the offer letter any person will put the resign letters with previous organisation
I hope you are clear between offer letter & appointment letter
