Dear Friend,
Greetings of the day!!!
Please share the location/ state of your company, we will have to consider the Minimum wage for your location.
Please refer PF act for PF deduction. Numbers of employees working in your organization will decide the deduction of PF & ESIC and other statutory deductions.
Do let me know further anticipation

Dear Cesta,
Greetings of the day!!!
As per my opinion; you will have to follow the Minimum wage act rules in your organization as salary offered is not as per the government directions.
As 15 Employees covered in your organization so you will have to deduct only ESIC. Only above 20 members PF deduction is compulsory.
Do let me know further anticipation.

Prima facie, your company is not abiding by the provisions of Minimum Wages Act.

Just out of curiosity, why is there a need or justification of washing allowance for a BPO

You need to follow min. wages prescribed and notified by State Govt. At present min. wages for a labour is approx.Rs.300/ to Rs.350 per day. Pl. check and understand from this example. Suppose rate is Rs.320x26=8320 which is wage payable per month. ESI if applicable, that contribution will be separate.
