Dear Ssaavi,
You cannot have Performance Appraisal (PA) different as per the designation. PA form remains same. Policy on PA also remains same across the organisation. What differs is Key Result Areas (KRAs). These KRAs originate from Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Therefore, first you need to define the KPIs for your business, then derive the KRAs for each department and then do the PA after three or six months. Before doing PA, you must provide each individual his/her KRA sheet at the beginning of the PA cycle. This brings complete clarity in the PA process.
