Hi,
I got selected in IT company(TCS/INFOSYS) and while filling background verification form I need to tell whether there is any closed or pending case against me prior to joining tcs. I am in double mind whether to mention or not about the case as I had 1 car accident case and I was acquitted from it couple of years back. I have some doubts :
1. If I do not mention about the case it would be concealment of facts and that can lead to termination from job
2. If I do mention about it will it affect my job?? ..will I be terminated??wat would be the consequences??
Pls help wat should I do

What was the nature of case against you? In your place,I would write details of closed/acquitted case. This is my personal opinion.

Depending on the role on offer it may or may not impact an offer. As part of background check you will have to provide all the facts based on which the employer will decide whether to still make an offer.

Provide all the information as sought. A traffic violation, even if not acquitted, need not be an impediment for employment; the offense does not involve any moral turpitude.
