Dear Experts
I worked with M/s Lloyds register Asia mumbai for around 2.5 years. PF deduction was done and same was also mentioned in Form 16 issued and salary slip in every year.
When I left company I completed notice period and got experience and reliving letter ,When I asked for merging PF with new company I got email from the Lloyds HR that “At present we are following up with PF office to activate the PF a/cs If anything is required by PF office from the employee, we will contact you.”
Now it’s around 2 year no communication was made .Please let know I can legal action against the company or how I can get my PF return deducted.

Dear Pushpraj
I am no expert, but if you have your PF number from M/s Lloyds, you can easily transfer your PF to your new PF account. For this your previous & current details to PF office should match (like name, dob & father's name)
You can also do the same online. You can even withdraw PF without sending form to employer if your previous employer has authorized your KYC documents in your UAN Account.

Hi, Should you co-ordinate with your local PF office, they will guide you on the procedure to claim the PF dues.
Quite often, employers do not co operate with the PF upon resignation. Did you ever check (online) whether the deductions made from your salary was deposited to revenue a/c? Carry copy of your pay slip to the PF office.
