Hello dear,
MBA is a reputed nomenclature all over the world for best Management Qualification. MHRM and MBA are both PG courses, no doubt on this aspect.
But MBA is better one to go for. MHRM cannot be accpeted by all corporates as it happens all over the world.

I am agree with your advice but yes M.B.A provides all subject to learn related to industrial practice but M.H.R.M provides 2 year of better learning on specialization in HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT and also those subject are covered which indeed in Industrial practice...So i suggest to go with any of these debated master degree for HR practice......

Learning HR from end to end is one option, which is purely academic.

The second option is to go for MBA - HR. Learning HR subject is surely limited. ultimately getting into a good organization to start career scores more.

Career and Compensation are to two components to be successful in professional career. One has to plan and pursue qualifications and certifications accordingly.
