Want to know the simple parameters of performance assessment of your employees in routine just for reviewing. Can anyone guide on this.
I am working in an automobile dealership of passenger cars owned by Tata Motors dealing in car retails and it's servicing and repairing. We are running a chain of vehicle showrooms & it's workshop.

This is in addition to what Mr Raghunathan has said.
While designing policy on Performance Appraisal (PA) for your company, you need to ensure that measures of performance are uniform across all the showrooms. Secondly, you give importance to the branch performance than individual performance.
