Dear Member,
This is to clarify you that if, in relation to an establishment, there is any change in the particulars specified in the certificate of registration, the principal employer of the establishment shall intimate to the Registering Officer within prescribed time limit when such change takes place, the particulars of & the reasons for such change. Therefore apply to the Registering Officer from whom you have taken the RC. For examination of the specific procedure to you have to go through the applicable Central /State Rules.

Refer this website - http://lms.mahaonline.gov.in/ for online RC amendment, first you have to register your establishment on the portal for the amendments to be done.

Dear Harsh,
You please contact Labour office.Dealing clerk will give you a treasury challan which you need to pay and submit alongwith a leeter requesting Authority to amend registration certificate .So, its simple procedure to pay and have it.
