Hello Mamatha,
If your organisation fall under Shops & Commercial Establishment category, you have to follow the timings prescribed as per The Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Acts, 1961 and Rules, 1963
If it is a factory, follow The Karnataka Factories Rules 1969
