What capacity did you join?
Was there any formal letter of appointment?
In three days did they put you on some project/job etc?
Speak to management and give in writing after all you have spent only three days.
Do not get worried about absconding threats.

Hi Buddy,
As Mr.Nathrao sir said don't worry about the absconding threat, Visit your company and meet your immediate supervisor and HR head and inform them about your decision (by writing) surely they will relive you.

Yes, the management can take action.
What they can do is issue a charge sheet, initiate domestic enquiry and terminate your service. Nothing more than that.
Since you have decided not to continue and have worked for 3 days only, you have practically nothing to lose.
