Dear Sir/ Madam,
Could you please help me in understanding eligibility for Gratuity in my case
Organization Type - Private Company in Mumbai (Big 4 Audit firm)
Works for 5 days a week i.e. Monday to Friday and Saturdays and Sundays are off
Date Of Joining - 21st Nov 2011
Planning to resign on Monday, 4th April, 2016
Expected Last Date at work - Friday, 3rd June, 2016 (Considering 2 months of notice period)
Taking 3rd June, 2016 as my last date at work, completing 4 years and 195 days, will I be eligible for claiming Gratuity payout?
Experts please share your inputs.

In order to be applicable under the Payment of Gratuity Act, one has to work for five years and more. And 240 days of service per year.
Hence, in your case it looks like you are not entitled to gratuity.
