Good evng all, What is meant by consolidated pay?(as per my knowledge, a cumulative figure as fixed salary), but, as per my recent experience,
travelling and other allowances are being payed to an employee (max 4000 which is variable as per the position of the company) other than the consolidated pay. In this case, whether we can show both consolidated salary and allowance separately in salary certificate?

such, Consolidated means all inclusive. But some times, companies may pay variable benefits other than consolidated pay. Such variable benefits can be shown separately along with consolidated pay.
