Hi Friends,
I have a question .
I am a MBA (HR & Marketing) guy working as a US IT recruiter from the past 5 Years and have been working nights. As you know these US staffing companies are paying good salaries and also good incentives. But i would to switch my carrer to DAY TIME due to health conscious i can't run long while i do regular night shift. Also i'm married and i have a small kid. Can any one suggest me if i'm going to day shift job is advisable, if so what kind of JOB i need to apply and how i mention it i'm looking for day time JOB. If i post my resume in portals means i'm getting a calls from US IT Sourcing People not getting any call from DAY TIME guys.

Hi,
You may mention what you are seeking in your cover letter and in the resume too.
Explore options for work in the UK market as the time difference might help.
As you have done your MBA, see if you can explore a job in a company as AM HR or Manager HR in recruitment. Try to get as much info about the domestic market before you go for an interview.
All the best!

Why would they consider you a fresher? Your previous experience shall be counted.
