I am employee of a good company as area manager. I have started the company in hyderabad. I work so hard in the company 3years. On the basis of silly reason company issued me a termination letter. Kindly suggest how I should complaints to labour court. How much my chances to win?

a) How many persons reported to you?
b) What exactly was the "silly" reason?
c) Did your company conduct domestic enquiry before terminating you?
d) How were your relations with the GM or any other authority to whom you were reporting?
e) Did you submit the review application to the MD of your company or is it that the termination has imprimatur of MD?

As you have said, you have been terminated with silly reason, But i need to get the clarity regarding few things mentioned below.
1. Are you a Conformed employee of the organization.
2. Please Check through the clause mentioned in your appointment that " Do the company have right to terminate with out notice to the employee, or due to lack of poor performance, or any of the related.
3. Is your silly reason effect the organizational growth / social standard.

A) more than 50 persons reported to me.
B)Reason was like..
Our Company have employee referral scheme .. 2 employee referral I have routed through one employee .. When referral amount came so I have taken from that person and passed on to person actually who deserv. 3rd referral actual which belong to me we have done team party. 4th incident one person huge bonus everyone asking treat, then he contributed 10k in total funded 30k which was contributed by everyone.
These 4 incidents I have done where I have not done any bad to company.
C) yes company has done domestic enquiry.
D) my relation is very good with my bOss. Still he is trying to take the termination back and at least to give resignation option.
E) I have written the email to company CEO and everyone higher official. About my not being guilty for receiving termination letter.

Can you reprint the 'charges' contained in the Charge sheet they served & tried in the domestic inquiry ? Since it is termination it should have been on 'serious charges' let us have a look at it. What clarifications/replies submitted by you in the inquiry ?
Was there any suspension pending inquiry? If yes any subsistence allw. was paid to you ?
Did the co. pay you any settlement ?
