Dear Mr. Praveen,
It is really a great sharing. All members can update their knowledge on the subject. The most important thing is that, you have covered even recent amendments, changes in the Acts.
The last but not the least point is that you finished the presentation with "Thumbs Up"
(being your TAG, which you used after your each comment).
Great learning........ keep it on for other matters as well (CLA, Bonus, Maternity etc.)....
Dear Ms Toshi,
You are getting confused, coz may be you are totally new on the topics. I will advice you to first take some consultant's or payroll services on the matter. Once you find yourself handy with the topics, than you can start to work at your own. In the early stage it could lead to some cost, but believe in long run this will be beneficial for your company and your carrier as well. Since now every thing is online, we don't have much scope to learn the practical aspects of the issues. A good consultant will let you know the basic points and other benefits of the Acts.
Hope you will find my post in order.
