Hi, I have updated KYC documents on OTCP portal but 2-3 employees name(s) spelling is incorrect. Kindly confirm how can i correct the same after approval of KYC.

i am attaching herewith a form by which you can do the same . in this form you have to take the declaration from employee itself and give one id proof for validation the same. after verified the the same form will be approved by the employer and submit to concern dept.
