I am having EPF related clarification.
Plz clarify my below doubt
Company having 25 employees strength, all are earning basic 15000 and ablove.
company not yet registered under EPF Act
No my doubt is employer liable for EPF Registration?
Please update me. its urgent.

PF registration is mandatory if employee count is above 20 irrespective of their salaries. The limit is 15000/- does not mean that PF is not applicable for above 15000/- (Basic + DA).
ESIC registration is Mandatory for 10 & above employees eben if all employees gross is above 15000/-.

Hi Form 11 is the form which has to be taken from employee, if employee want exemption from PF less than 15000 salary and above no need of form 11. Form 11 states that employee can get PF exemption if he don't have PF in his earlier company.
