Dear Sir,
Last Year,I joined a CPSU as Technical Trainee and getting stipend. The appointment letter was only for one year for trainee post & after the completion of training period confirmation was to be done as per the PSU standing order, but instead of confirmation of service, Management unfairly extended the training period without any reason.
now i have rendered 20 months of service including one year initial training period but till yet there is no update from management side. we are 10 candidates, who are suffering same problem, during advertisement it was a confirm post but they have released appointment letter for trainee post. we are doing all work as like permanent employee but getting stipend in place of full salary. we belongs to workman category.
Please advice what steps/action should i take.
Regards,
Yash

Please speak to HR/Personnel department about the extended training without any reason.
Were you given any warnings/counselling informing that you have not picked up training well?
Put up your view point and draw attention to violation of rules.

Dear Sir,
Did not get any type of warnings, & also discussed this matter with HOD, they have shown my performance report to me whatever he has forwarded to HR person. That was OK.
HR person is neither in interest to discuss this matter & nor giving any appropriate reply.
Please advice.
Regards,
Yash

All affected workers need to give their complaint in writing.
Unless departmental remedies are exhausted one cannot go to court.
However a complaint to labour officer will have good effect.
One must remember every action has a reaction.
Management may create further trouble when you initiate action.
