As we Know that govt provide exemption of 3 years to new firm for registration in EPF, But if we voluntary want to register our firm in EPF before 3 years.

Who have told u such provision & in which state you are working
Whether your strength are less than 20 in plant or office
Yet you can get registration , meet with area inspector with all company details with manpower details
he will get u registered . He will inspect ur firm and details .

There is no such provision.
You need to register as soon as you have 20 or more employees
That can be on the first day you start your company / business.
You can also register voluntarily before that if you wish.

Hi Mr. rajesh, Its not mandatory to register for PF if a firm has less than 20 employees. i think thats what mr. banerjee meant.

Here it is not matter of compulsory registration if less than 20 manpower, perhaps u have not read my suggestion in full esprit.
