Hi Buddy,
You can transfer your PF A/c to present employer by filling up Form-13 however it has to be endorsed by previous employer. It is your previous employer duty to facilitate to your PF A/c transfer to current employer so you can ask your previous employer to do the same. If your previous employer not willing to do it than register your grievances to the regional PF office.

Give uan number to present employer, and you will continue enjoying pf benefit without the signature of previous employer. Shashi pandey

Form 13, as it was in the previous version, did not need approval or signature of the previous employer. The new form is online and again does not need previous employer signatur.
If you have UAN then there is no concept of transfer anyway.
