Dear sir/ mam,

good morning.

I would like to know some rights of employees :

- is any there any law which favors employee against employer for sudden dismiss / any unnecessary issues

- is any law available to ask employee rights that the amount deducted for EPF was different and paid amount was different in EPF why ?

- and there is no amount paid for two -three months but the amount was deducted in employee salary ?

- for making stress in work atmosphere , any law to prevent them from the management?

- if management doesn't like one person means , suddenly they gave two-three warning notice on one day and fire him on same day ? is any law to ask his right?

- cheating the employees by providing the salary (70%) +incentive (30 %)in the agreement, for every month they are cheating to give incentive 30 % deduct whole amount for one month or provides 10 %. is any law to ask the management how they will cheat the employees

- we are planning to form a labor union in our company , is any law is available to form the union or to dismiss the union in company.

Please provide us necessary details to ask /. know out rights available in India.

Dear Gomathi,
All the questions raised in your post fall within the entire spectrum of Labour Laws in force in our country and therefore it would be very difficult for any one to give straight-jacket answers. The profile of your employer as presented in your post also seems to be inimical to unionisation and as such his acts of retaliation, if any may cost all your employment. Therefore, instead of forming a new union for yourselves, you can consider joining a powerful general workers union having affiliation with some All-India Federation functioning in your place. Such seasoned union leaders are well-informed in industrial relations and approach your management with maturity and solve your problems amicably.
