you can get the same in UP Shops & Establishment Act. i have even gone through it and the act has clearly mentioned everything. you can get the same on net as well. just search for UP Shops & Establishment Act on google.

Thanks for your comments Sir.I checked that site before asking here.All my HR friends in noida(1MNC n 2 startups) are giving 6 or 7 SL but its clearly mentioned on site than min SL should be 15.This is what urged me to ask here.
